Webinar Description:

Fungi, fire, windstorms, lightning, and disease all damage our trees but are important factors in the lives of wildlife species that need the resulting cracks, hollows, cavities, and slabs of loose bark. We will look at a selection of vertebrates that happily thrive in wounded and diseased trees and are dependent on them.

Instructor Description:

Helen Snyder is a retired wildlife biologist living in Portal, AZ and is currently practicing as a real estate broker for conservation buyers and non-profit entities interested in preserving intact habitats.
