2007 Western Chapter Women's Champion - Rhonda Wood

Competing in her first international competition is Rhonda Wood. Wood has been climbing for six years, but this was her first chapter and international competitions. She has a degree in horticulture from Mount San Antonio College. Wood started her career by interning with the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, beginning with taking care of the nursery and working her way up to manager and now 10 years later, she is the horticulture planner for the resort urban forest. Wood enjoys spending time with her husband of three years, Humberto Mojica; and her son, Isaac Mojica, 12. She also enjoys taking trips and going on adventures.
